Shipping policy

Shipping
All orders will be processed within 3-5 business days during normal operating conditions—a high volume of orders will delay shipment by a few days. Our preferred carrier is USPS and orders will not be shipped or delivered on Sundays or holidays. Please allow for inclement weather conditions. Occasionally, there are inclement weather conditions or delivery delays so additional days in transit for delivery can occur.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes  
SelfSoothing is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed—tariffs, taxes, etc.—during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages 
SelfSoothing is not liable for items damaged or lost during shipping. Please save all packaging material and damaged material prior to contacting the shipping carrier to file a claim if your order was damaged during shipping.
